NMMS Scholarship 2024
- 8th class in government school. Students studying in class can take advantage of this scheme.
- To get scholar ship, the student studying will have to give an exam.
- Selected candidates will have to pass class 9th. to 12th. Till now, scholarship of ₹ 12000 will be provided by the government every year.
- A child of any caste can fill the form of this scheme. He is in 8th class in government school. I am studying.

Primary Goal: The National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme NMMSS was launched to curb the dropout rate at the Class VIII level and encourage students to continue their education at the secondary stage (Class IX to XII).
Target Group: Meritorious students from economically weaker sections are the primary beneficiaries.

Scholarship Amount: Students who are selected under this scheme receive a scholarship of ₹12,000 per annum (₹1,000 per month)
Eligibility Criteria |

Annual Family Income: The annual family income of the student’s parents should not exceed ₹3,50,000 from all sources

Disbursement: The scholarship is disbursed directly to the students’ bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
